MOU signed between Solar Sigma Ltd. and Vocational Training Institute

Solar Sigma Ltd. has taken an initiative to train electricians and technicians according to current market trends. For this reason, an MOU has been signed between SSL and VTI. The top 12 fresh passing out students from VTI have been nominated by VTI to complete 2 months On Job training at Solar Sigma Ltd. These trainees are assigned various project based tasks for hands on practice. This initiative will prepare solar technicians and industrial electricians having ample knowledge and experience to handle their tasks with quality and confidence. MOU signing ceremony was held at Solar Sigma Ltd. regional head office Islamabad between Solar Sigma Ltd. and VTI Jhang. The objective of MOU is to provide on job training to Solar and industrial Technicians of VTI. Also to provide them the opportunities for employment in Solar Sigma and other organisations. Mr. Khadam Husain Principle VTI said, this collaboration will contribute significantly to eradicate the unemployment in the region and will play a role in overall poverty alleviation. Mr. Nisar A Latif (CEO Solar Sigma Ltd.) mentioned that we’ll work hand in hand with VTI and similar institutions to bring the positive change. We’ll support the younger generation to bring them to the level where they can support others. First badge of trainees will pass out from Solar Sigma on Aug 26, 2017.
