UPM (UNIVERSITY OF PUTRA MALAYSIA) AND SOLAR SIGMA LTD/REAP WILL COLLABORATE FOR PROMOTION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY IN PAKISTAN & MALAYSIA

– On February 14th, 2017 Mr. Nisar A Latif (CEO Solar Sigma Ltd. & Sec. Projects REAP) visited University of Putra Malaysia on special invitation. The main objective of this visit was to start a new collaboration between UPM & REAP-SSL for development and promotion of Renewable Energy in Malaysia and Pakistan. Mr. Nisar (CEO-SSL & Secretary Project-REAP, addressed the faculty of Engineering. both sides identified a pressing need of working together for the better future of our planet. He visited a solar installation site as well. Mr. Nisar Latif emphasized to raise awareness among masses to switch to net metering enabled Solar Systems. Solar Sigma Ltd. & REAP are committed to promote Net Metering all over Pakistan and for this reason UPM is willing to play their positive and productive role. An MOU will be signed in near future between UPM & REAP.
